Residency Requirement
All freshmen and sophomore students are required to live on campus. Exceptions may be made for those who live locally or who can justify the specific need to live off campus. Please contact the Office of Student Affairs if you have questions concerning the residency requirement.
The following fee schedule applies for room rates:
- Caroline, Cecil, Dorchester, Harford, Queen Anne, and Talbot — $2,035 per semester
- Western Shore Houses — $2,248 per semester
- Chester, Sassafras — $2,275 per semester
- All other halls — $1,825 per semester
Every student who lives on campus must participate in a meal plan.
Students may choose one of the following:
- 19 Meal Plan — $1,765 per semester
- 14 Meal Plan — $1,608 per semester
- 10 Meal Plan (off campus only) — $1,338 per semester
- 5 Meal Plan (off campus only) — $750 per semester
