Residency Requirement
All freshmen and sophomore students are required to live on campus. Exceptions can be made for junior and senior students in good academic and social standing, provided applications for exemption are submitted by the prescribed deadlines. Exemptions can also be made for those students who may live locally. Please contact the Office of Student Affairs if you have questions concerning the residency requirement.
The following fee schedule applies for room rates:
- Chester, Sassafras, Kent Crossing — $2,609.00 per semester
- Apartment Style (Western Shore) — $2,575.00 per semester
- Cecil, Dorchester, Talbot, Harford, Caroline/Queen Anne's — $2,332.00 per semester
- All other halls — $2090.00 per semester
Every student who lives on campus must participate in a meal plan, with the exception of students living in Kent Crossing. Students may choose one of the Meal Plan Options.
