Summer Housing
Housing and Parent Forms
The Student Housing Preference form, the Housing Contract, and the Parent/Guardian form, all need to be completed and mailed to the Student Affairs Office prior to June 10th. These forms have been mailed to all first-year and transfer students but copies of the forms are also available by clicking on the links below.
