Fall 2011 Residence Hall Opening
The Washington College residence halls open for new students on Thursday, August 25th 2011 when they arrive for orientation. First-year students who are participating in a pre-orientation program will arrive on Saturday, August 20th.
Due to the limited availability to staff, and to ensure appropriate time for preparation of all residence hall rooms, early arrivals will be limited to students who have been approved for return who fall in the following categories:
1) In-season athlete who must return for official practices
2) Student enrolled in an approved credit-bearing academic internship program (this includes student teachers).
3) Students working for an on-campus office
All upperclass returning students who have not been approved for early arrival are to move in on Sunday, August 28th.
